Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Under normal circumstances, orders are completed and shipped within 24 hours of placing an order. For time-critical orders we advise selecting an expedited delivery method (1-3 day delivery time).


All orders are processed and shipped from our lock shop in the Florida panhandle.  Our location in north western Florida enables us to ship orders later into the evening and have a strategic location in the middle of the United States.

Shipping Methods

  • First Class Mail (USPS) - 5 to 7 days for delivery once shipped.

  • Priority Mail (USPS) - 1 to 3 days for delivery once shipped.

  • Express Mail (USPS) - Order by 12 PM EST and your order should arrive the following day (delivery Monday through Saturday).  This option is available only to customers in the United States. No APO\FPO. Sorry Canada and Military members.  Some areas may require 2 days. * Signature Required! *

  • USPS Priority Global -  Some foreign locations are able to select Priority mail from the USPS. If it's not displayed during checkout, it is not available.

  • USPS Express Global - This option is for our foreign customers. * Signature Required! *

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships and is completed, we automatically send an email to the address on file. Inside this notification you will find the tracking number. While there should be a direct link to track your order, if you're unable to do so via the e-mail, use the USPS tracking page.

Calculating Shipping Cost (USA ONLY)

The quoted shipping charge includes all shipping fees (packaging, printing, labeling, & postage).  No one likes high shipping charges. We have always tried to ensure shipping chargers are low and extremely fair for our customers.  Our shipping structure is very easy to understand and is not complicated at all. This is especially true for those individuals who are placing smaller orders as the cost to ship a small order across the nation is minimal.

 

  • $0.01 to $10.00 = $3.99

  • $10.01 to $100 = $5.65

  • $100 and over = $7.99


Express Rush Service

Our express mail mail option is for those customers who demand their order immediately. This service is provided by the USPS Priority Mail Express and ships 6 days a week:  Monday through Saturday.  No Sunday delivery; orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. It's important to understand that there is a cutoff time with this service. Placing an order later in the day, while it will still be shipped that day, will likely result in extra transit times with the USPS.  The short version is that we MUST have all express orders to the physical post office no later than 12:30 PM Monday through Friday and by 11:30 AM on Saturday.


The cost for next day Priority Mail Express is $20.  Your order will is the first to leave our shop. We will do everything in our power to ensure it's shipped same day and reaches you ASAP.

International Shipping

We are able to ship to the United States, Canada, Australia Finland, France, Greenland, Italy, Mexico,  Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain,  Sweden,  Switzerland, Great Britain (United Kingdom).

International shipping is provided by United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days once order ships.  Before placing an order, please understand the following:


  • Canadian shipments can be made via First Class shipping which should offer significant savings.

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable international packages due to customs restrictions in some countries.

  • Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and customs laws in the Buyer's country

  • We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside of the United States. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country.

  • If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returns by customs as "unclaimed".

 

Product Returns

If an item is undeliverable we reserve the right to charge a 20% or $5.00 restocking fee for orders shipped via First Class Mail.  If an international order is undeliverable we reserve the right to charge a $25.00 fee or 20% (whichever is greater) for restocking. If the order is returned due to an error on our part, no restocking fee will be assessed. If the order is 'Returned To Sender' due to an incorrect address provided, and reshipment is requested, bumpkey.us reserves the right to charge $5.00 to cover the cost of reshipment for first class shipments.
Due to the nature of the goods sold on this site, all sales are final. Once an order has been opened and used we are unable to process a return. We only supply high quality Bump Keys, and thus once a package is opened we can no longer guarantee their quality.  Our guarantee is still in place:  What you order on our site will completely match what you receive.  If there is a quality issue with the product received or an incorrect product was received, please open a support ticket.

Money Orders

For customers in the United States we accept money orders!! When selecting with a money order it's critical to follow the guidelines during checkout. Please be sure to note our mailing address and 'payable to' information. If labeled incorrectly, your money order will be returned.

Order mistakes:

 

While we try our very best to ensure accuracy of all orders, the time will come where an error will no doubt occur.  First: We're sorry for the confusion and the mixup!  Next, we'll work to ensure it's corrected and you're completely satisfied.  If you're not satisfied our job isn't complete. Please open a ticket with our support desk so we can work to resolve the issue.
