When we started nearly 5 years ago in 2006 we only had one product, the 5 key bump key set and also only had one method of shipping; slow. Over the years we've listened to our customers who have wanted both bigger bump key sets and faster shipping. We've seadily been able to increase our product line from the small 5 key set to a massive 33 key set and many types of bump keys and lock picks. While it's true we do offer 2-3 day deliveries and Express Next Day, the area we really needed to improve upon was order processing time.

We are now happy to report that most bump key orders placed by 3 PM EST will be shipped sameday. This will be for ALL instock orders, even our cheapest shipping methods will be shipped sameday. The cutoff time of 3PM was selected since the first truck leaves at 4 PM and this usually means the shipment will leave the hub and be in route to you the same day. There are some exceptions to this: It's entirely possible even if an order is palced after 3PM the order will still ship same day since the last truck to leave is 6PM. Additionally, if an express, next day, order comes through after the 3 PM we will make every possible attempt to ensure it leaves with the 2nd truck at 6 PM.

This new shipping practice will be applied toward all countries which we currently serve, to Include: United States, Canada, United Kingdom (Great Britian), & Australia.
