Returns

If an item is undeliverable we reserve the right to charge a 20% or $4.00 restocking fee for orders shipped via First Class Mail.  If an international order is undeliverable we reserve the right to charge a $25.00 fee or 20% (whichever is greater) for restocking. If the order is returned due to an error on our part, no restocking fee will be assessed. If the order is 'Returned To Sender' due to an incorrect address provided, and reshipment is requested, bumpkey.us reserves the right to charge $4.00 to cover the cost of reshipment for first class shipments.
Due to the nature of the goods sold on this site, all sales are final. Once your order has been opened it is not possible to process a return. We only supply high quality Bump Keys, and thus once the packaged is opened we can no longer guarantee their quality.
